RESOURCE GUIDE

Many clients want a road-map for their case, from the outset, and want to know how they can help move their cases forward. There are several documents that the Court requires, that clients can go ahead and start preparing for their cases early on in their cases, including:

  • Affidavit of Income and Expenses (for Child Support and Spousal Support Cases)

  • Equitable Distribution Inventory Affidavit

  • Parenting Under Two Roofs (class required for custody cases)
